Ingredients :

50 - 60 gm sesame seeds
Oil for frying

Dough :
240g glutinous rice flour (tepung pulut)
1 tablespoon flour
190 - 200 ml water (I used an extra 10ml)
a bit of salt

Inti :
100g kacang hijau ~ direndam dlm air +- 2 jam
air untuk merebus kacang
60 - 80 g gula

Method :

For the filling :
1. Boil the green beans with enough water till soft.
2. Leave just a bit of water, add sugar. Stir till well mixed on slow fire.
3. Remove from heat and let cool.

For the Dough :
1. In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, flour and salt.
2. Pour in the water, a little at a time and knead to form a soft dough.
3. Take a bit of dough, flatten it and put the filling in the middle. Cover the filling and make it round.
4. Roll the dough in the sesame seeds.
5. Heat oil and fry till golden brown.(The best to fry on medium heat)
